★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went to Saldanha Macdonalds and requested Sunday caramel as they no longer have the “cones”. The young lady at the till was very professional and lovely. But, her colleague that served the ice cream was disrespectful. The ice cream come with more milk than anything else. Caramel? What caramel! No signals. Another colleague notice and told him that the ice cream doesn’t look good. He then reply joking that he doesn’t care, while both were laughing. Don’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful.. I went to a breakfast and too poor compared to MC Donald's Rossio and my cookie was COLD and OLD. Cold I can take it as it is winter but OLD? ?
Not happy at all.. I mean, it's fast food, right? But there could exist a bit of effort with the clients. Came here only twice . The first, a client literally broke down the place because they asked him to wear the mask (not Mc Donald's fault, they were right) and the second, an OLD cookie ?
It's easier to go Rossio (the one known for being the worse MC in Lisbon) and to be better served

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gives me one peace of meat instead of two in Double Kentucky burger. It also happened to me in another McDonald’s in Portugal?
Do not recommend MC in that country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely decorated McDonald’s equipped with several self service kiosks. There is McCafé as well service desserts and gelato. The service is overall quick. The seating area upstairs is good and clean.
