Só começam a chamar perto das 8am para os testes com uma hora de testes perdida. Não há SMS a avisar que a nossa vez está a chegar. Acresce a isto a senhora megafone que substitui os sistemas electrónicos de chamada e que corre os mais atrevidos com uma peixarada. O DL é claro, prioritários são todas as crianças de colo, grávidas, deficientes e portadores de atestado multiusos com incapacidade superior a 60%. Dão senhas prioritárias a quem não é prioritário, vemos crianças de colo horas à espera porque a pessoa idosa sem incapacidade ou crianças que já não são de colo recebem a mesma senha prioritária. A única vez em que a lei foi cumprida, foi quando chegou um utente com cadeira de rodas, que teve atendimento na hora em que chegou, não foi para a suposta fila de espera de prioritários. Vergonhoso não terem em consideração as necessidades das pessoas salvaguardadas pela lei e violarem os direitos legais das pessoas classificadas como prioritárias. The DL is clear, priority is given to all infants, pregnant women, disabled people and holders of a multipurpose certificate with a disability greater than 60%. They give priority tickets to those who are not a priority, we see children on laps waiting for hours because the elderly person without disabilities or children who are no longer on laps receive the same priority password. The only time the law was complied with was when a user arrived with a wheelchair, who was attended to at the time he arrived, he did not go to the supposed priority queue. Shameful not to take into account the needs of people protected by law and to violate the legal rights of people classified as priority.

Not even the 48 hours maximum for the delivery of covid PCR results were met, forcing me to miss the flight back home to Switzerland. Impossible telephone contact. THE To schedule the test, I had to go personally to Estefânea's laboratory. A disaster of organization and respect for customers. Christmas Day spent at Lisbon airport due to the incompetence of this organization. ☹? for failure to deliver PCR results

B	Ben Hooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Portuguese girlfriend and I used their services today to get a fit-to-fly PCR COVID-19 test certificate so that we can to return to the UK. Pros: • On the UK government's approved list. • Test results emailed in English, Portuguese, French, and German within 7 hours. • 1 card machine accepted foreign bank account payments (Starling Bank, in my case). • A toilet was available. • We arrived at ~10:15 and "only" had to wait 1 hour and ~10 minutes to be called. We left at ~12:30. • Reasonably organised system - a staff member gives you a ticket which has your number and the number of people in the queue ahead of you, wait outside for your ticket number and booth number to be announced on the TV and the external speakers, go in to give your details and pay, go back outside to wait to be called by name for the test itself. • Friendly staff. • Nice grass to sit on and trees to sit under while we waited. Neutral: • Test cost €100 (£86.14) but was free with a Portuguese prescription (I don't know what one). • Test was performed by a professional, not left up to you to do yourself. • Test was both nostrils, not at the back of the throat. Cons: • It wasn't possible to make an appointment. • Announcements were only in Portuguese and staff seemingly didn't speak English.
