★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tratada como um número e não como uma pessoa. Falta de empatia da gestora. A empresa focada apenas no lucro e não em sanar as necessidades individuais de cada paciente. Pessima experiência.
I was treated as a number and not as a person. Lack of empathy of the manager. The company focused only on profit and not on healing the individual needs of each patient. Pessima experience.

Fui fazer uma limpeza aproveitando o meu plano de saúde e senti que tentaram arranjar o máximo de problemas com os meus dentes para me cobrarem tratamentos adicionais. Parecia que estava na MEO. Não esperava este tipo de atitude num entidade da área da saúde.
Profit-oriented company aggressively. I went to clean up on my health plan and felt that they tried to get as much trouble out of my teeth as to charge me for additional treatment. It looked like it was on MEO. I did not expect this kind of attitude in a health care organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazem moldes para aparelhos, no dia de meter o aparelho.. as medidas foram mal tiradas , obrigando a pessoa a voltar noutro dia, atendimento de e faturação confuso
They make molds for devices, on the day they put the device in... the measurements were wrongly taken, forcing the person to come back another day, customer service and invoicing confused

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I’m not giving bad reviews as I understand someone can have bad day or Business is not under control on that day or period…..
But mine experience with this clinic is the worst one I ever had in whole my life.
3 appointments….. on each I have been asked to wait, wait more, wait and wait up to two hours!
On my last appointment they asked to wait but then After almost hour they informed that doctor must left earlier and I have to come another day…. Its a joke!
Other thing is - I broke a tooth, they stright a way said about implant…. Which for some reason costs more then regular price in other clinics but I have an insurance and price must be lower, but wasnt. They didint give me an option, No choice, No alternative solutions, no price for crown or other way to help me. I also thought about this implant but they ask me to pay full ammount stright away on this visit. No payment like half now and rest on next visits…. Something is wrong in this clinic and to new clients - please be aware, there is much more clinics in Lisbon with more friendly attitude, professional service and good manners.
And to staff - please learn how to build relationship with clients. Earning 1000euros on one visit is not best way, not prospective at all. As if You give me professional treatment and not waste my time I would stay as patient and give you more my money as I wanted orthodontic treatment and take care of other issues about my dental health. In that way I spent my money in other clinic :)
