O atendimento foi no próprio dia e enviaram um médico experiente. Irei utilizar novamente o serviço. I asked for an appointment because I had a fever and cough and I was afraid it would get worse if I went to the confusion of urgencies. The attendance was the same day and they sent an experienced doctor. I will use the service again.

Logo ao telefone nos foi indicado que provavelmente seria necessário ir na mesma ás urgências dado o histórico do paciente bem como sintomas demonstrados. Avançámos na mesma. Chegou um médico a nossa casa em 30minutos! Num domingo! Dado contexto pandémico, foi importante verificar que todas as normas de higiene foram cumpridas escrupulosamente. Revelou extremo cuidado na observação, elaborou um relatório médico (com selo da ordem claro) e ainda se prontificou a falar directamente com o operador do 112 para melhor explicar o caso, para que o transporte para ás urgências fosse adequado. Não tenho menor dúvida de que essa observação e relatório preliminar foram essenciais para tornar todo o processo de triagem/diagnóstico mais rápidos, e o dito relatório médico acompanhou sempre o paciente no hospital. No dia seguinte recebemos um telefonema do médico que recebemos em casa, queria efectuar acompanhamento e perceber se tudo tinha corrido bem. Incrível! A relação entre paciente e médico é sempre difícil, por um lado queremos que não exista relação nenhuma, mas por outro queremos ser tratados por profissionais de excelência sempre que precisarmos. We wanted the opinion of a doctor in our house, before taking a bedridden family member to the emergency room. Then on the phone we were told that it would probably be necessary to go to the emergency room anyway, given the patient's history as well as the symptoms shown. We made the same progress. A doctor arrived at our house in 30 minutes! On a Sunday! Given the pandemic context, it was important to verify that all hygiene standards were scrupulously complied with. He showed extreme care in the observation, prepared a medical report (with a clear seal of the order) and even offered to speak directly with the 112 operator to better explain the case, so that the transport to the emergency room was adequate. I have no doubt that this observation and preliminary report were essential to make the entire screening/diagnosis process faster, and said medical report always accompanied the patient in the hospital. The next day we received a call from the doctor we received at home, he wanted to follow up and see if everything had gone well. Incredible! The relationship between patient and doctor is always difficult, on the one hand we want no relationship at all, but on the other hand we want to be treated by excellent professionals whenever we need it. Really enjoyed meeting our doctor, provided all that I needed and in a very short period of time and saved me from having to go to a local hospital! And I needed the visit on a Sunday! Even found me a nearby pharmacy that was open and had the medication needed. Highly recommended and cannot say enough about the wonderful doctor. Thank you so much!
