HA 2 ANOS PAGO PLANO DE DE SAUDE DA MEDIS E NUNCA FOI ENVIADO AS FACTURAS DOS RESPECTIVOS PAGAMENTOS, JA ENTREI EM CONTACTO VARIAS VEZES EM CONTADO E NUNCA OBTIVE RESPOSTAS. ESSE EMPRESA E UMA VERGONHA. NAO TENHO DIREITOS A RECEBER AS FACTURA DE UM SERVIÇO QUE JA FOI PAGO.
I HAVE PAID MEDIS HEALTH PLAN FOR 2 YEARS AND THE INVOICES FOR THE RESPECTIVE PAYMENTS HAVE NEVER BEEN SENT, I HAVE CONTACTED SEVERAL TIMES IN CONTACTED AND NEVER GET A RESPONSE. THIS COMPANY IS A SHAME. I HAVE NO RIGHTS TO RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR A SERVICE THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID.

Não responde aos emails. Atendimento ao cliente mau. A sua rede não tem muitos acordos com os principais hospitais tal como SAMS e rompa o seu acordo sem avisar os seus clientes. Asseguradora mais cara do mercado. Cada ano, eles acrescem os seus preços sempre mais caros, mais com serviços mínimos e uma seca para conseguir ter um assistente que consegue realizar corretamente o seu trabalho. Fugir dessa asseguradora!
Does not respond to emails. Bad customer service. Your network does not have many agreements with major hospitals such as SAMS and break your agreement without notifying your customers. Most expensive insurance company on the market. Every year, they increase their prices more and more, with minimal services and a drought to get an assistant who can do his job correctly. Run away from this insurance company!

Serviço péssimo. A alteram as comparticipações qdo lhes apetece. Fiz uma cirurgia em Setembro incluia tarifa de sala cirurgia e teste covid. Em Março já não é comparticipado e não acharam que deveriam avisar. Tive o cuidado de telefonar não me informaram destas alterações . As pessoas do atendimento não sabemoque estão a fazer. Fiz a experiência telefonei 3 vezes com o mesmo assunto e tive três respostas diferentes. Uma estrela é demias

This health insurance is just good to have when you really need a hospital stay It does not make sense to have it for the normal consultants you make annual as all the doctors, just act they work with them together, they cancel your appointment in the last minute, as they do not earn money with Médis clients ...

I was wrongly informed, several times by several employees. I had to call medis over minimum 5 times + send an email and no one had the same answer. The solution that they had for my question was eventually a rip off!! Because I ended up with the medium pack without the conditions that I asked for. I would not mind to pay for the most expensive pack if that’s what would help me, but that was not their recommendation. I feel very very sad that a HEALTH INSURANCE does not inform me right. And even worse that there is NO ONE that actually wanted to help. I really don’t recommend Medis

I've been with Medis now near 2 years and today I needed their help first very hard to speak with someone once I managed I informed them of my issue they asked lots of questions then told me to go to the public health centre, a total waste of time. I've cancelled this insurance.

Doctors lately are very rude they don't pass justification and try to send you to the hospital even though they are not urgent cases. To pass a justification for a back problems they tried to come home and get 50 EUR which is impossible that they can solve a lumbarization on the sacrum with one home visit!!! Very very weird.... I wish I could change insurance company they don't even sound like real doctors.
