Entreguei o meu PC segunda e fui busca lo sabado sem qualquer tipo de reparacao.
Liguei todos os dias e obtive sempre a mesma resposta; que estavam a trabalhar nele e que iam repara lo. Disseram que me ligavam e nunca o fizeram!
Nao teem capacidade de resposta e teem falta de profissionalismo.
O meu computador veio todo sujo por dentro!
Tive para escrever no livro de reclamacoes...
Pessimo.
I don't recommend the store!
I handed over my second PC and went to pick it up Saturday without any kind of repair.
I called every day and always got the same answer; who were working on it and who were going to repair it. They said they called me and never did!
They do not have the capacity to respond and they lack professionalism.
My computer came all dirty inside!
I had to write in the complaints book ...
Terrible.
