Tenho uma avaria (passagem à massa) quando chove, nu sistema de ar condicionado, desde Novembro de 2021. Após contacto com o Sr. João Nogueira, que enviou passados 15 dias um técnico, que não detetou qualquer anomalia, aconselhando a substituir um barramento corroído, cobrando 50€ sem passar qualquer fatura.
Passados uns dias voltou a disparar o diferencial (este dispara sempre que chove).
Desde essa altura (4/12)2021, 01/02, 28/02 e 18/03/2022), que falo com o Sr. João Nogueira que me diz que vai tratar do assunto imediatamente.
Neste momento, e quando consigo ligar o equipamento, um dos difusores dá um erro de comunicação.
Querem pf informar-me do que se passa?

Good Morning
I have a fault (passage to ground) when it rains, in an air conditioning system, since November 2021. After contacting Mr. João Nogueira, who sent a technician after 15 days, who did not detect any anomaly, advising to replace a corroded busbar, charging €50 without issuing any invoice.
After a few days the differential tripped again (it trips whenever it rains).
Since that time (4/12) 2021, 01/02, 28/02 and 18/03/2022), I have spoken with Mr. João Nogueira who tells me that he will deal with the matter immediately.
At this moment, and when I manage to turn on the equipment, one of the diffusers gives a communication error.
Do you want to let me know what's going on?
