O serviço foi feito, com um acabamento péssimo para aquilo que a empresa se gaba e, na minha opinião para o valor que foi pago. Na chuvada seguinte, voltou a chover dentro da marquise. Voltei a chamar os ditos senhores para refazerem o trabalho. Fiquei (inocentemente) descansada. Eis senão quando esta noite volta a chover dentro da marquise cujo teto já teria sido "arranjado". E dizem que o serviço que eles prestam tem 5 anos de garantia... Pelo que vejo, 5 anos deve ser o tempo que vão levar até o problema esteja resolvido. E como se não bastasse todo o transtorno, ainda me foi dito pelos responsáveis da empresa que eu não posso reclamar porque não sou o senhorio, sendo que o mesmo me deu a liberdade de o fazer já que sou eu que habito a casa. Fico à espera de uma solução. Good evening. My landlord hired the services of Melon to solve a problem in the sunroom, as it was raining. The service was done, with a terrible finish for what the company boasts and, in my opinion, for the amount that was paid. The next rain, it rained again inside the marquee. I called the so called gentlemen again to redo the work. I was (innocently) rested. That is if not when tonight it rains again inside the marquee whose roof would have already been "fixed". And they say that the service they provide has a 5-year warranty ... From what I see, 5 years must be the time it will take until the problem is solved. And as if all the inconvenience were not enough, I was still told by the heads of the company that I cannot complain because I am not the landlord, and it gave me the freedom to do so since I am the one who lives in the house. I am waiting for a solution.
