★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 mil euros depois dos melhoramentos e nao estão à altura de qualquer obra. Ja fiz obras em muitos apartamentos e esta dupla é uma verdadeira fraude! Bons de marketing mas depois da obra concluida torna se nitido onde é que obtiveram o lucro! Desde os acabamentos no estuque, a interruptores desnivelados, aos arcondicionados de marca AUX (que nunca tinha ouvido falar), é tudo muito mau! Passado 1 ano, a arcondicionado nao da frio, a base do chuveiro verte agua, o flutuante foi mal colocado, os acabamentos no pladur sao intoleraveis!!! Enfim! Partilho para que nao caiam no mesmo erro! Mas atenção... a vender a perfeição eles sao bons! Por isso cautela, fujam desta fraude!
20 thousand euros after the improvements and are not up to any work. I've done works in many apartments and this pair is a real fraud! Good in marketing but after the work is completed it becomes clear where they made the profit! From the stucco finishes, to uneven switches, to AUX brand air conditioners (which I had never heard of), it's all very bad! After 1 year, the air conditioner is not cold, the shower base leaks water, the float was poorly placed, the finishes on the plasterboard are intolerable!!! Anyway! I share so that you don't fall into the same mistake! But beware... selling perfection they are good! So beware, flee from this fraud!
