The Little café on the corner in the main square has some croissants that, in my book , are the BEST I have ever eaten!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like swimming and your around Melres it's a good go-to beach. You can walk and swim right in the river. Also there are lifeguards. There's a beach across the river you can visit as well you can get there by watertaxi, it looks nice from a distance but in reality it's crowded and for some reason everyone likes to bring their half household and builds walls etc. don't go there if you came to Melres because you wanted some quietness. ;-).
