The staff try to be friendly and efficient. The big problem is that when it comes to us, you see all our patience has run out. It takes a whole morning to be attended to.

A minha experiencia foi que após 6 horas não consecutivas e mais de 200klm feitos , (uma vez que moro a +/- 55klm), fui melhor atendido pelos serviços gerais do centro de chamadas, que fica não sei onde.
Para resolução de situações que não sejam pagamentos, aconselho ir a Évora ou Lisboa.
Personnel struggling but not autonomous to resolve issues of any relevance.
My experience was that after 6 non-consecutive hours and over 200klm done, (since I live at +/- 55klm), I was better served by the general call center services, which I don't know where.
To solve situations other than payments, I advise going to Évora or Lisbon.
