Tratam os clientes como burros e a culpa é sempre do cliente. Para além da arrogância, são limitados ao ponto de darem respostas pré-escritas ou pré-aprovadas. A tipa que me atendeu era tão limitada que teve de questionar a superior e, em jeito de sussurro, lá obteve a resposta que me deu.
Honestamente, não recomendo a MEO. Pior serviço de telecomunicações em Portugal.
Horrible staff. I just don't give 0 stars because it's not possible.
They treat customers like donkeys and the customer is always at fault. In addition to arrogance, they are limited to the point of giving pre-written or pre-approved answers. The type who attended me was so limited that she had to question the superior and, in a whisper, she got the answer she gave me.
Honestly, I don't recommend MEO. Worst telecommunications service in Portugal.

Eventually the problem was solved by me. I tried something that they didn’t know about. Lack of professionalism and politeness. Shop somewhere else.
