Truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a customer services and communications company in the world. I have had multiple hour long phone calls to their support lines, no responses to online communications, and services disrupted without any solutions provided. The most recent incident started when I tried to ask Meo to move to a new home. I then, prior to the change service date, informed the company multiple times that I do not want to make this move and to extend the service at my current location. I was informed multiple times that this is no problem and the services will continue. They then did not continue the service and I have since spent about five hours on the phone in one week being passed around different departments with nobody offering any solution. The closest I have come is someone saying that, maybe, within the next ten days I might get internet reinstalled - who knows. The only other option has been to file complaints through their website which have received absolutely no response. In store, when stores were open prior to covid-19 lockdown, I had a similarly difficult experience with customer service where it seemed no employee actually had any ability to solve my questions. I had not received a sim that should have come through mail at the start of my contract and a month later had to resort to fighting in person to get my service started - after multiple phone calls of people assuring me that they had sent me the sim. I don't understand how this company can be so utterly inefficient as to repeatedly reassure a client that some services are being provided when they are not and require clients to chase the company to actually receive the services they are paying for. Do not ever start a contract with MEO. It's not worth the frustration and loss of time and money.
