★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No local fui bem atendida pela Sra.Eliane, pelo menos ela procura ser atenciosa, Só que.... infelizmente, no ato da assinatura do contrato perguntei varias vezes se a TV que ofertavam era Smart TV, ao que ela.me reapondeu, mais de a vez, que sim. Estou faz 2 anos no Porto e nunca tive TV , pois TV apenas não me interessa. Demoraram para entregar , mais de um mês da data de instalação....e hoje recebi a TV QUE NÃO É SMART TV. Detalhe: no contrato menciona o valor da tv €159,99 e até ontem havia anúncios nas lojas MEO de Smart TV Silver 32" por €149,99.
Poderia ter escolhido como oferta uma mensalidade e comprado uma Smart TV.... era essa minha dúvida! Agora pergunto ISSO É HONESTO?!?! Só estou tendo problemas com a MEO, foi instalação errada, cobrança de chamada para atendimento ao cliente, e sinto que vem mais....a tal TV não detecta sinal nenhum de transmissão com a box ligada!!
 At the place I was well attended by Mrs. Eliane, at least she tries to be attentive, but ... unfortunately, when signing the contract I asked several times if the TV they offered was Smart TV, to which she replied, more than once, yes. I've been in Porto for 2 years and I never had TV, because TV just doesn't interest me. They took longer to deliver, more than a month from the date of installation .... and today I received the TV THAT IS NOT SMART TV. Detail: the contract mentions the value of the TV € 159.99 and until yesterday there were advertisements in MEO stores of Smart TV Silver 32 "for € 149.99.
I could have chosen a monthly fee and bought a Smart TV .... that was my question! Now I ask IS THIS HONEST?!?! I'm just having problems with MEO, it was the wrong installation, charging for customer service calls, and I feel that more is coming .... this TV does not detect any transmission signal with the box on !!

A meu ver, não faz sentido nenhum que em plena pandemia, obriguem uma pessoa a se deslocar à loja, por não quererem ter o trabalho de atender o telefone. Logo uma empresa de telecomunicações.
They do not have telephone contact.
In my opinion, it doesn't make any sense that, in the middle of a pandemic, they force a person to go to the store, because they don't want to go to the trouble of answering the phone. Logo a telecommunications company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço MEO deixei um equipamento iPhone 11 a reparar na loja norte shopping dia 8 o único problema que tinha era que só se ouvia em alta voz ( estava dentro da garantia)
A funcionária Vanessa B verificou telemóvel e preencheu a PA disseram me que ia para reparadora e depois seria contactada! Após 15 dias ligam me a pedir mais de € 500 para reparação porque telemóvel tem display partido e assim a garantia não cobre.
O telemóvel não tinha display partido senão seria visível logo na loja claro !
Partiram equipamento no transporte ou na reparadora e agora ninguém quer assumir a responsabilidade.
Chamadas e e-mail e continuam a insistir na informação que não é verdade aliás nada diz na participação de avaria !!!!
Tudo muito fácil mas só para comprar e pagar !!
Terrible MEO service I left an iPhone 11 device to be repaired at the Norte shopping store on the 8th. The only problem I had was that it was only heard aloud (it was under warranty)
The employee Vanessa B checked her cell phone and filled in the PA, they told me she was going to a repair shop and then I would be contacted! After 15 days they call me asking for more than €500 for repairs because the mobile phone has a broken display and so the warranty does not cover it.
The mobile phone didn't have a broken display, otherwise it would be visible right away in the store of course!
Equipment was broken in transport or repair shop and now no one wants to take responsibility.
Calls and e-mail and continue to insist on the information that is not true in fact it says nothing in the breakdown report !!!!
All very easy but just to buy and pay !!
