★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 semaines sans Internet malgré de nombreux appels au service technique! Après une avarie sur la ligne concernant 30 maisons. Et pas un seul message de MEO, ni excuses, ni informations concernant la remise en état de la ligne! Les agents répondaient soit "demain ce sera réparé", ou "dans une semaine", ou "vous avez déjà beaucoup appelé"!!
Quant à la boutique d'Olhao, cela ne les concernait pas. Lorsque j'ai parlé d'un routeur 4G, ils m'ont dit "peut-être que ça ne passera pas chez vous", alors qu'il suffisait de me demander si je captais le réseau avec mon smartphone. Ce qu'a fait Vodafone... magasin juste à côté de MEO, beaucoup plus agréable. J'ai donc pris un router chez eux et résilié ma ligne MEO.
5 weeks without Internet despite numerous calls to the technical service! After damage to the line affecting 30 houses. And not a single message from MEO, no apologies, no information regarding the refurbishment of the line! The agents answered either "tomorrow it will be fixed", or "in a week", or "you have already called a lot" !!
As for Olhao's store, that didn't concern them. When I spoke about a 4G router, they said to me "maybe it will not work with you", when it was enough to ask me if I was receiving the network with my smartphone. What Vodafone did ... store right next to MEO, much nicer. So I took a router from them and canceled my MEO line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É daqueles sítios maravilhosos em que tu entras, dizes "Boa noite" e os 2 colaboradores ignoram-te com toda a calma, continuando assim olhando para o computador que certamente estavam fazendo algo de importante, pois no instante seguinte recebo a pergunta com aquele tom de voz angelical "Tirou senha?".
Uma experiência a repetir.
It is one of those wonderful places that you enter, you say "Good night" and the 2 collaborators ignore you with all calm, thus continuing to look at the computer that they were certainly doing something important, because in the next instant I receive the question with that tone angelic voice "Did you get a password?".
An experience to repeat.

On the website of MEO they only want to sell by contacting you via phone but the number is invalid when you enter a +32 number
