★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You go to a MEO shop to cancel a package, first you go to a desk servicec who tells you , you have to call an operator than you have to go back to the official in the shop.Too much time and too complicated

I needed support to be able to access my meo online account, to see my bills (no paper bills anymore). In order to access the online account, I need our customer no. and account no.. I don't have the account no, as we had some contract changes recently and we didn't received a letter with actualized informations, it was send back while we were out of the country for a month.
So basically we pay their bills every month and I don't know exactly what for.
Unfortunately they can't help me and are not allowed to give me any information, as I am not part of the contract (it's in my boyfriends name).
Strangely a few months ago, I was in that exact store and GOT information and I was also the one who CHANGED the contract on the phone.
Only answer they had was, that "it's different".
Really poor service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I live in Lagos, I was advised by a neighbour to visit the Portimao branch, as the overall customer service experience is better. I can categorically state it isn't.
I guess responding to simple emails like 'if I wanted to switch my electricity to you as well, what can you offer' or the more irksome 'you told me the installation would be done on the morning of the 7th but no one has turned up' are too troublesome to bother responding to.
