★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como todas as operadoras péssimo serviço, desorganização, falta de respeito pelos clientes, uma tentativa constante de enganar o cliente.
E depois temos no atendimento ao público algumas pessoas que tentam atenuar tudo isto recorrendo as mais criativas desculpas na tentativa de chegar a um entendimento com o cliente.
Like all operators lousy service, disorganization, lack of respect for customers, a constant attempt to deceive the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empregados nem sempre focalizados em satisfazer os clientes. Acabaram de perder um cliente, o 2º está a caminho e o 3º é só acabar o saldo para seguir o caminho do 1º, isto só porque cobram serviços que não foram prestados, incomodam com ameaças de que ou carrega ou fica sem serviço, sem necessidade, um cidadão de 90 anos, que fica logo alarmado, e alarma os outros, mantém um outro como empresário quando já não o é há muito, que quer na loja quer por telefone já comunicou diversas vezes, alteram condições de cobrança dos pacotes sem tão pouco avisar os clientes, ou proporem outras condições. Lastimável é só o que me apetece dizer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi pena o tempo de espera, porque se era um assunto agendado, deveria de ter sido mais rápido. No entanto o atendimento feito pelo funcionário, foi cinco estrelas por esse motivo, classifico com cinco estrelas.
It was worth the waiting time, because if it was a scheduled issue, it should have been faster. However the attendance made by the employee was five stars for that reason, I rate it with five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento demora bastante principalmente no turno da noite. Os atendente sao dispostos a resolver o teu problema, mas se voltares no dia seguinte o outro atendente sempre vai te dar outra opinião sobre a situação do seu caso. Cada um fala uma coisa. Melhor ligar mesmo. Sobre a loja em si, é pequena, apertada e demorada.
The service takes a long time especially in the night shift. The attendants are willing to solve your problem, but if you come back the next day the other attendant will always give you another opinion on the situation of your case. Each one speaks one thing. Better to call anyway. About the store itself, it's small, tight and time consuming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has happened twice to me. They sell me a contract for fiber, cell and tv knowingly they have no fire installed to the address. In the meantime they invoice neglecting they don´t deliver and threatening to cut the cell if you don´t pay the full price. The first time that farse continued for five months until I got it corrected after numerous visits to shop and contacts with MEO in Porto and Lisbon. No it happens again. They have sold me a contract for my new address in Lisbon knowingly they can´t deliver, because the house is not connected to the fiber duct in the street, which they never told me. And guess what happens: they invoice me for the full service and cut my cell even though they promised that I needed not to pay for anything more the calls made. Again numerous visit to the loja and emails, telcalls but nothing happens because nobody assumes responsibility.
