★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui de propósito a esta loja com a intenção de resolver um problema urgente, falei com uma assistente que não vou referir o nome, por respeito, a qual não me soube resolver o problema nem se preocupou com as questões do público. Tive que resolver o meu problema em casa, pelo telefone com um assistente, porque a funcionária em questão está simplesmente a ocupar um lugar e a levar o ordenado ao fim do mês, sendo o significado de incompetência pura.
Today I went on purpose to this store with the intention of solving an urgent problem, I spoke with an assistant who I won't mention by name, out of respect, who didn't know how to solve the problem or worry about public issues. I had to solve my problem at home, over the phone with an assistant, because the employee in question is simply taking a seat and taking her paycheck at the end of the month, meaning sheer incompetence.
