 Vegetable and fruit market. On Saturdays, there are producers selling directly to the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O mercado é bom mas o parque de estacionamento é imundo, cheio de água suja, cheira mal e quase não tem luz. Uma coisa completamente deplorável e vergonhosa para uma cidade destas. Dou uma estrela só pelo parque senão daria 4.
The market is good but the car park is filthy, full of dirty water, smells bad and there is hardly any light. A completely deplorable and disgraceful thing for a city like this. I give a star just for the park, otherwise it would be 4.

It is best to go early in the morning during weekends to take advantage of the great assortment of quality produce offered by small producers, always very fresh and mostly organic.
There is also a butcher shop and a fish market with fresh seafood and good fish selection inside the market, so it is surely worth a visit to sort out your Sunday lunch with the freshest ingredients and support local producers.
