★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons opté pour du poisson peché dans la mer, a quelques euros plus cher que celui d'élevageet nous n'avons pas été déçus. N'etant pas plus fan que ça du poisson, j'ai pourtant dégusté ceux ci avec grand plaisir. Mention spéciale pour la dorade et le saumon dont le gout n'ont rien à voir avec celui qu'on peut retrouver dans les grandes surfaces en Belgique.
We opted for fish caught in the sea, a few euros more expensive than the farmed one, and we were not disappointed. Not being more a fan of fish than that, I nevertheless tasted these with great pleasure. Special mention for sea bream and salmon whose taste has nothing to do with that which can be found in supermarkets in Belgium.
