Se voltar a Lisboa certamente ficarei aqui (escrevo do meu apartamento). Best location there. Quiet location, very comfortable apartment, clean and very beautiful. It was all perfect. If I return to Lisbon I will certainly stay here (I write from my apartment).

Ich wollte mit den Sternen etwas sparsamer umgehen, aber hier wären weniger als fünf einfach unfair. Just as lovingly as the rooms are designed, the operators also take care of the well-being of the guests. I wanted to be more economical with the stars, but here less than five would be unfair.

Había una pequeña cocina donde te dejaban las cosas para prepararte el desayuno, estuvimos 2 noches, nos dijeron que la limpiadora pasaría de 12 a 17h para limpiar y reponer nevera. Por allí no pasó nadie, así que tuvimos gastarnos más dinero en desayunar fuera. Se lo comento al responsable y en vez de pedir disculpas se pone a porfiar y me dice que dejé el cartel de "no molestar". Cosa que es totalmente incierta. Yo desde luego no lo recomiendo para nada, allí no hay recepción donde poder ir a reclamar nada, solo vía "whatsapp". Room with breakfast included. There was a small kitchen where they left you the things to prepare your breakfast, we stayed for 2 nights, they told us that the cleaner would stop from 12 to 5pm to clean and replace the fridge. No one came by, so we had to spend more money on having breakfast outside. I mention it to the person in charge and instead of apologizing he starts to argue and tells me that I left the "do not disturb" sign. Which is totally uncertain. I certainly do not recommend it at all, there is no reception where you can go to claim anything, only via "whatsapp".

Abonamos la totalidad de la estancia el primer día pese a advertirles podríamos tener que irnos tras esa primera noche. Incluso Booking modificó nuestra reserva. Hasta ahora no han atendido nuestras reclamaciones via mail y teléfono. Sin perjuicio de admitir que las instalaciones son ideales. SCAMMED; A year ago we were forced to leave Lisbon by the State of Alarm and despite their promise of reimbursement they have not done so. We paid for the entire stay on the first day despite warning you that we might have to leave after that first night. Even Booking modified our reservation. Until now they have not responded to our complaints via email and telephone. Without prejudice to admitting that the facilities are ideal.
