passado as 48 horas liguei afim de saber se tinham enviado a encomenda ao que o responsável da empresa Sr. António Machado me garantiu que tinham enviado e que devia receber no dia seguinte.
Até este momento e depois de dezenas de telefonemas e sempre com as mesmas falsas promessas que a betoneira deve estar a chegar, até este dia 08/10/2021 10.47 AM não tenho o equipamento comprado.
Empresa que não respeita os clientes mesmo aqueles que pagam adiantado uma vergonha o responsável da empresa não tem o minimo de credibilidade para com os clientes que lhe mantem o negocio .
On 21/09/2021 I bought and paid for a concrete mixer and the respective delivery postage said they would deliver it to me 48 hours later.
After 48 hours, I called to find out if they had sent the order, which the person in charge of the company, Mr. António Machado, assured me that they had sent it and that I should receive it the following day.
Until this moment and after dozens of phone calls and always with the same false promises that the cement mixer must be arriving, until this day 10/08/2021 10.47 AM I don't have the equipment purchased.
A company that does not respect customers even those who pay in advance is a shame the person in charge of the company does not have the slightest credibility with the customers who keep the business.
