Ordered the mussels and breaded mushrooms to start, mussels were great, got sauted mushrooms instead of the breaded, but they were still good too. For the main we got the Portuguese steak and the sauce is phenomenal. They could definitely use a better cut of meat, because it's kinda chewy, but still worth a try. Other than that the food was amazing. Still worthy of a relationship recommendation.

The waiter did try his best and was very accommodating, however this did not allow us to see past the disappointment. The whole experience fortunately was quite humorous, but we will not be returning soon.

i	ian c on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice food. Steak was good quality meat, and very reasonably priced (similar price as other steak locations in this area). I'm not going to say its the best steak I've ever had (typically reserved for USA) but for the price, was outstanding ding value for money. The service once we got a table (which took a while since they were very busy) was good and quick. They say they serve craft beer, but its a very limited range from a commercial brewery (Bohemia). I had the IPA which was very nice, but not as good as small craft brewery beers, but a welcome change from the normal Super Bock and Sagres which seems to be the only beers in Portugal. We would definitely return to this restaurant if visiting the town again. The photo shows the rib eye at the top and the filet at the bottom.
