★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos funcionários proibiu-me de forma rude de entrar hoje, cerca das 18:50, com a mochila. Perguntei onde poderia guardá-la e ele apontou para um caixote no chão. Considero uma abordagem inapropriada e de má educação com o cliente. Quanto à nova regra, é uma falta de respeito por parte da empresa por dois motivos: primeiro, por pressupor que todos podem roubar; e, segundo, por desvalorizar o cliente, achando que os seus pertences podem ficar num canto no chão. Nem cacifo existe!
 One of the employees rudely forbade me to enter today, around 18:50, with my backpack. I asked where I could keep it and he pointed to a crate on the floor. I consider an inappropriate and rude approach to the client. As for the new rule, it is a lack of respect on the part of the company for two reasons: first, because it assumes that everyone can steal; and, second, for devaluing the customer, thinking that their belongings can be left in a corner on the floor. Neither locker exists!
