O atendimento pós-venda destes senhores é nulo. Só se preocupam em dizer que são os maiores e fazem trabalhos para o Chakall.
 I have been waiting for 3 years to respond to an email. I have a leakage problem in my bathrooms due to poor application of the varnish.
The after sales service of these gentlemen is nil. They only bother to say they are the biggest and do jobs for Chakall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entendo! Nunca ninguém atende o telefone, aliás já me desligaram o telefone várias vezes e o horário que consta na web diz sempre fechado! O contacto foi-me fornecido por um amigo arquitecto, possivelmente se fosse ele a telefonar atenderiam imediatamente !!! Que forma lamentável de estarem no mercado... mais concorrência é o que estão a precisar!
Do not understand! No one ever picks up the phone, I've already got off the phone several times and the time on the web always says it's closed! The contact was provided to me by a friend architect, possibly if he were to call they would answer immediately !!! What a pitiful way to be on the market ... more competition is what they need!
