★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerreguei o ar condicionado em Junho 2019, por motivo desconhecido não funciou corretamente, voltei em Julho de 2020 e verificaram se havia fugas e se as válvulas funcionavam correctamente. Voltaram a carregar sem nenhum custo.
 I closed the air conditioner in June 2019, for an unknown reason it didn't work correctly, I came back in July 2020 and checked if there were leaks and if the valves worked correctly. They loaded again at no cost.

Fui no dia anterior ao concorrente Norauto, atendimento lá foi mau. Pedi para verem os níveis e disseram que estava tudo ok, que podia seguir viagem... Perguntei se podia trocar as lâmpadas por umas mais potentes, sem qualquer interesse disseram que não valia a pena que melhoraria nem 10%... (Para mim a melhoria de 10% já seria muito bom, mas face o desinteresse, agradeci e fui embora)
Felizmente lembrei que no Arena havia a MForce, foram IMPECÁVEIS!
Mais, os níveis que na Norauto estavam ok... Na MForce mostraram-me inclusivé, radiador seco (estava com fuga) e hidráulico abaixo já do mínimo. Norauto Torres nunca mais, MForce, com certeza que lá volto!
Top service by the person in charge (notoriously I realized that it was the person in charge)
I went the day before to competitor Norauto, service there was bad. I asked to see the levels and said that everything was ok, that I could go on ... I asked if I could change the lamps for more powerful ones, without any interest they said it was not worth it that it would improve even 10% ... (For me the 10% improvement would already be very good, but in the face of disinterest, I thanked him and left)
Fortunately I remembered that in the Arena there was MForce, they were IMPECCABLE!
Furthermore, the levels that at Norauto were ok ... At MForce, they showed me even, dry radiator (it was leaking) and hydraulic below the minimum. Norauto Torres never again, MForce, I'm sure I'll be back there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, quero vir por este meio partilhar a experiência que tive com a Oficina MForce Arena. Fui passar uns dias de folga ao Bombarral, e numa Sexta-Feira por volta das 18h00 o elevador do vidro do meu veículo avariou sendo que estava para baixo iria ser um constrangimento ficar com o carro aberto, numa altura em que as oficinas estavam a encerrar e com o fim-de-semana à porta onde muitas não iriam estar a funcionar. Por via da internet percebi que a alguns Km, no Arena Shopping havia esta empresa que estava a funcionar até às 20h30, então decidi ligar. O Sr. que me atendeu disse-me que não tinham como arranjar em tempo útil o elevador do vidro mas que pelo menos poderiam tentar elevar o vidro manualmente para remediar temporariamente o problema. Desloquei-me lá e infelizmente os Srs ainda tinham alguns clientes à frente, contudo aceitaram ver o meu carro. Já passava da hora dos Srs. sairem quando finalmente conseguiram dar uma vista de olhos ao meu veículo... a verdade é que foram além da obrigação que tinham e sacrificaram tempo pessoal deles para me ajudar e efectivamente remediaram o meu problema. Eu também trabalho no atendimento ao público e consigo valorizar o gesto que tiveram comigo. Quero dar os meus parabéns aos excelentes profissionais e seres humanos que são o Sr. Rui Antunes e o Sr. Manuel. Que tenham as maiores felicidades, sucesso profissional e saúde.
Good evening, I want to come here to share the experience I had with the MForce Arena Workshop. I went to Bombarral to spend a few days off, and on a Friday around 18:00 the window lift of my vehicle broke down and it was down, it would be an embarrassment to keep the car open, at a time when the workshops were closing. and with the weekend at the door where many would not be working. Through the internet I realized that a few kilometers away, in Arena Shopping, there was this company that was working until 20:30, so I decided to call. The man who attended me told me that they couldn't fix the glass elevator in good time, but that they could at least try to raise the glass manually to temporarily remedy the problem. I went there and unfortunately you still had some customers ahead, however they agreed to see my car. It was long past time for you gentlemen to leave when they finally managed to take a look at my vehicle... the truth is that they went beyond their obligation and sacrificed their personal time to help me and effectively remedied my problem. I also work in customer service and I am able to appreciate the gesture they had with me. I want to congratulate the excellent professionals and human beings that are Mr. Rui Antunes and Mr. Manuel. May they have the greatest happiness, professional success and health.
