Well-structured service, with above-average standards of professionalism, a very disciplined and available team! It seems to me that because it is a stable team they have won the trust of the neighborhood!

Primeiro a peça que mandaram vir e que diziam demorar 2 dias demorou mais de uma semana. Depois não conseguiram fazer o serviço por falta de pessoal e aconselharam passar para outra Midas. Passei o carro para a Midas da Infante Santo e recebo um email com um orçamento com um valor que era o dobro do que me havia sido dito, sem ninguem me telefonar a avisar que tinham enviado novo orçamento. A pessoa que me havia dado o primeiro orçamento presencialmente entrou de baixa e ninguém me deu uma explicação nem assumiu o valor inicialmente indicado. Pelo que se procurarem esta oficina aconselho a pedirem todos os orçamentos por escrito para haver uma prova e não terem uma surpresas destas. I went to this workshop for its good score, but I must have been very unlucky because nothing went well. First the play that they said came for 2 days took over a week. Then they could not do the job for lack of staff and advised to move to another Midas. I drove the car to Midas da Infante Santo and got an email with a budget that was double what I was told, without anyone calling to let me know they had sent a new budget. The person who had given me the first budget in person went down and no one gave me an explanation or assumed the amount initially indicated. So if you are looking for this workshop I advise you to ask all the written budgets to have a proof and not have a surprise of these.

Unfortunately, I made the experience that my appointment got messed up after waiting for 8 days and even though my car was parked right outside the workshop, I was told to call the insurance company to get my battery working again. I am sorry to say, but the experience with MForce Lapa was a total disappointment and an absolute waste of time.
