★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos profissionais, um suposto profissional ao telemóvel, outro suposto profissional a fumar dentro da oficina, e um suposto chefe a mandar informar um cliente (da casa) que está tem a oficina cheia (com um elevador vazio)…. Devia ser tao bom o cliente que gasta 20eur como aquele que gasta eur2000…. Em vez de mudarem o nome da oficina deviam mudar as mentalidades tanto dos profissionais, mas principalmente de quem lidera…
 Lousy professionals, a supposed professional on the cell phone, another supposed professional smoking in the workshop, and a supposed boss telling a customer (from the house) that the workshop is full (with an empty elevator)…. The client who spends 20eur should be as good as the one who spends eur2000…. Instead of changing the name of the workshop, they should change the minds of both professionals, but mainly those who lead…

Isto porque quando precisei de mudar uns calços dos travões, pelo preço, fui na experiência o que resultou extrema falta de qualidade que já não me ocorria há vários anos nas manutenções do meus carros!!
