Clean, very comfortable, friendly staff/owners, good breakfast selection.
Difficult staircase access so not suitable for mobility impaired.
No close parking. Pedestrianised area so long carry for luggage.
Serious safety issues as there are no smoke detectirs in rooms/common areas and no fire alarms. Doors between rooms and staircase not fire-protected. Poor fire-escape route.
Good hotel but I wouldn't stay again as safety issues are too serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the heart of the vila nova de Milfontes village, it's a cozy friendly place. You can easily walk to any place in vila nova de Milfontes. The place is totally recovered and it's nice. The top of the building had a terrace with a wonderful view over the village, the river a d the sea. Employees are nice and supportive. Breakfast includes the basic items. it was a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place! The room’s decoration is really nice, has plenty of storage space, a pleasant terrace, a great view from the window. There’s a terrace with a good view over the village. The location is very good, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket a few meters away. The breakfast is good and the service as well. Highly recommended
