★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "atendimento com excelência" passou muito longe, fiquei exatos 1h49m para ser atendido, sendo que só tinha 2 pessoas na minha frente, além disso uma falta de respeito com as pessoas que estão esperando com a senha na mão, pois simplesmente vinham outras pessoas entravam e já eram atendidos sem pegar senha, pior sabemos que não se preocupam com os clientes, pois nem um simples banco tinha para sentar e esperar o atendimento.
"Excellent service" went a long way, I spent exactly 1h49m to be served, and there were only 2 people in front of me, in addition to a lack of respect for people who are waiting with the password in hand, because other people just came in and they were already served without getting a password, worse we know that they don't care about customers, because not even a simple bank had to sit and wait for service.

Tried to use their online support and got a typical answer - we cannot respond to your question, please visit the branch. What is the point of having an online support?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crowded and arrogant staff - as usual, banks have this no sympathy policy everywhere in Portugal. Terrible, but we are forced by law to have a bank account, otherwise you cannot work ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't open new savings accounts at noon, even knowing that you did a 55 minutes line.. the bank doesn't have good service. They need a bank runner at the entrance, to guide customers.
