★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamos só desde MARÇO à espera que nos emitam um cartão de alimentação. Atendimento telefónico não existe, resposta a emails não existe. Só existe resposta se for a outra sucursal e eles fazem pressão. Boa sorte para assuntos mais sérios do que uma simples Cartão de alimentação. É triste porque eu evitava fazer um comentário destes que nunca fiz por respeito aos outros.
We have only been waiting since MARCH for a food card to be issued. Telephone answering does not exist, e-mail reply does not exist. There is only an answer if you go to another branch and they apply pressure. Good luck for matters more serious than a simple Food Card. It's sad because I avoided making a comment like this that I never made out of respect for others.
