Varias tentativas para a agencia de Prado/Vila Verde e depois de mais de meia hora a fazer chamadas com mais de 5 minutos de espera cada, a chamada é cortada!! Também tentei ligar varias vezes para a central de chamadas e o mesmo acontece!! Vergonha !!!
 The phone service is the worst there can be!!! Several attempts to the Prado/Vila Verde agency and after more than half an hour of making calls with more than 5 minutes waiting each, the call is cut off!! I also tried calling the call center several times and the same happens!! Shame !!!
