★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem uma estrela merece. Exceptuando um funcionário, o restante das funcionárias de profissionais não tem nada. Tamanha arrogância! E para não falar do traje de uma funcionária que usa as saias tão curtas que se vê as cuecas quando se levanta do balcão. Indecente!
Not even a star deserves it. Except for one employee, the rest of professional employees have nothing. Such arrogance! Not to mention the costume of an employee who wears skirts so short that you see your underpants when you get up from the counter. Indecent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma conta empresarial nesta sucursal e estou ansioso por terminar a conta. Nunca me atendem o telefone nem respondem aos emails, só consigo tratar das coisas pessoalmente e mesmo assim a maioria das vezes o sistema está em baixo e tenho de voltar noutro dia.
I have a business account at this branch and am looking forward to finishing the account. They never answer my phone or answer emails, I can only handle things personally and even so most of the time the system is down and I have to come back another day.
