Horrible, I had a problem with insurance because I needed a certificate, after relaunching 6 times and going there 5 times, they didn't answer me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de gostar do atendimento dos funcionários. Não posso deixar de questionar como é possível estar 20 minutos a espera para ser atendida e não sei quanto tempo mais vou estar. Se estivéssemos em dia de depósitos de rendas, ainda poderia ponderar.
Although I like the service provided by the employees. I can't help but question how it is possible to wait 20 minutes to be seen and I don't know how much longer I'll be there. If we were on rent deposit day, I could still ponder.
