Tive um PÉSSIMO atendimento no Millenium BCP, mesmo tendo uma Conta Prestige.
Não tive a minima atenção do meu gerente, passei mais de um ano a pagar uma anuidade de 15 euros (valor que excede o dobro do acordado na abertura de conta).
Enviei diversos emails ao meu gestor e tentei resolver inumeras vezes por telefone, e nunca resultou.
Nunca tive um serviço tão ruim, incopetente e humilhante!
WORST BANKING SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD
I had a Lousy service at Millenium BCP, even having a Prestige Account.
I did not have the minimum attention from my manager, I spent more than a year paying an annual fee of 15 euros (an amount that exceeds twice what was agreed upon when opening an account).
I sent several emails to my manager and tried to solve it numerous times over the phone, and it never worked.
I have never had such a bad, incompetent and humiliating service!
