★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há uma senhora que trabalha nesse banco muito incompetente e preconceituosa, fui mal atendida por ela, solicitei uma segunda via do meu cartão dourado, por escolha minha e a tal começou a me humilhar, dizendo que não tenho perfil pra isso, me tratou como se fosse uma mendiga , eu tenho rendimentos mensais como qualquer clientes e cada um tem uma escolha e devemos respeita , muita falta de profissionalismo.
There is a lady who works in this bank very incompetent and prejudiced, I was poorly attended by her, I requested a duplicate of my gold card, by my choice and she started to humiliate me, saying that I have no profile for that, she treated me as if was a beggar, I have monthly income like any other client and each one has a choice and we must respect, a lot of professionalism.
