Os empregados de balcão dirigem-se aos clientes como se fossem os patrões dos clientes, para pior, as horas de atendimento não servem o publico da melhor maneira. O Balcão de Algés na Av. Combatentes G.G., e realmente o pior que já vi. Os empregados criam problemas e obstáculos na mais simples das transações ou questões, indelicados e com pouca vontade de ajudar. Nota-se também ali favoritismos, certos clientes são tratados com mais delicadeza e apaparicados de maneira diferente e mais rápida, um “tratamento especial” a velha maneira portuguesa do Ex. Sr. Doutor bla…bla…bla, outros clientes ficam ao balcão cheios de problemas sentindo que o empregado de balcão lhes esta a fazer um favor enorme em livrar dos problemas que o próprio banco criou. Extremely slow service. The service is rude and unprofessional. This bank does not solve problems...CREATES problems. The counter employees address the customers as if they were the customers' bosses, for the worse, the service hours do not serve the public in the best way. The Algés Balcony on Av. Combatentes G.G., is really the worst I've ever seen. Employees create problems and obstacles in the simplest of transactions or issues, impolite and unwilling to help. There is also favoritism there, certain customers are treated more gently and pampered in a different and quicker way, a “special treatment” the old Portuguese way of the Ex. Dr. Doctor bla…bla…bla, other customers are at the counter full of problems feeling that the clerk is doing them a huge favor in getting rid of the problems that the bank itself has created.

You can count on long waiting time and no interest from the staff so you can rest undisturbed (no drinks though) That's probably the only advantage of the bank as I couldn't find more: no Apple Pay, they charge for accounts maintenance, messy on- line banking site, their branches close at 15:30 so not for people who work regular hours. It took me two visits to the branch and one hour wasted to close the account there. Still 20th century...
