★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei a este banco as 2 da tarde. Tirei a minha senha, número 31. O número 29 já estava a ser atendido. Esperei literalmente 50minutos para ser atendido quando apenas 1 pessoa estava a minha frente, onde no máximo 20minutos deveriam chegar. Serviço ao cliente muito pobre.
I arrived at this bank at 2 pm. I took out my password, number 31. Number 29 was already being answered. I literally waited 50 minutes to be served when only 1 person was in front of me, where a maximum of 20 minutes should arrive. Very poor customer service.
