Liguei ao apoio ao cliente que me aconselhou a ir á loja e tentar de novo,voltou a não aparecer no sistema.E pronto. Não é a importância do cupão. É o tratamento ao cliente. Devia ter pedido livro de reclamações. Não o fiz mas mereciam.
 I went to the store with a discount coupon of 5 euros and I was told that it was not in the box. I called the customer support who advised me to go to the store and try again, it didn't show up in the system again. It is not the importance of the coupon. It is the treatment to the client. I should have asked for a complaints book. I didn't do it but they deserved it.
