★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How come he gave me 16.44€ by coins, with 50cents? So rude even I already prepared for 56cents. I am so annoyed but the staff there didn't care at all. No english so couldn't understand what I said. Bad experience. Don't pay to a short guy with black hair. He will give you tons of coins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a reliable supermarket chain that can be found in Lisbon and Porto. Handy to pop in and pick up basic necessities like milk, eggs, cheeses, drinks... etc. They usually have a bakery with various breads and stuffed pastries available along with some hot foods (rotisserie chicken). Perfect for train rides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little grocery store with daily freshly baked bread. I walked here every morning to get our breakfast (which was delicious and not so expensive) while we were on vacation in Porto for a week. Tip: bring your own bags, or pay extra for plastic ones. Save the earth!
