★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a minisom das Caldas da Rainha. Nunca estão disponíveis para atendimento telefónico, e sem agendamento não facilitam em nada!! Mesmo para pôr um simples filtro que leva segundos, não mostram disponibilidade, sem agendamento. Triste, especialmente quando as pessoas já têm uma certa idade e ficam restringidas a falta de audição, quando não há boa vontade por parte dos colaboradores. Já teve uma equipa 5 ⭐, actualmente não a tem.
Pondero comprar novos aparelhos, e certamente não será lá de certeza, porque as facilidades que dizem ter é só na altura da compra, depois disso não corresponde em nada á realidade.
 I do not recommend the Caldas da Rainha minisound. They are never available for telephone assistance, and without scheduling they do not facilitate anything !! Even to put a simple filter that takes seconds, they do not show availability, without scheduling. Sad, especially when people are already a certain age and restricted to hearing loss, when there is no good will on the part of employees. He already had a 5 ⭐ team, currently he doesn't have one.
I am considering buying new devices, and it certainly won't be there for sure, because the facilities they claim to have are only at the time of purchase, after that it does not correspond to reality.
