★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good place to enjoy few minutes of relaxing and positiveness by looking to the landscape of Parque das Nações and the Vasco da Gama bridge. This place is located is a relatively high area of Lisbon (in terms of geography), then it allow visitors to have a nice and broad view.
This place is not very well signed and not indicated properly, it is more kind of an informal place, but it is definitely good to enjoy if you are passing by.
There are free parking spots all around, as well as some restaurants and other local stores.
