Felizmente não tenho muito experiência pessoal na utilização de serviços hospitalares, mas fui muito bem tratado por todos, desde médicos, enfermeiros, pessoal auxiliar e serviços burocráticos. Professional and attentive. Apesar das circunstâncias , aconselho esta unidade de saúde. Obrigado a todos os profissionais pelo carinho. Devo salientar que o atendimento na secretaria pela Secretária Clínica Célia foi NOTÁVEL, o carinho e atenção dispensadas, com toda a paciência e simpatia tranquilizaram e deram todo o apoio que jamais lhe poderia exigir. Toda a equipa do internamento, bloco , peri bloco e Dr. Francisco foram incansáveis. Muito Obrigada por tudo... Tornaram bem mais fácil a nossa estadia na Instituição. Pelo que sei porque não necessitei, tem cirurgias programadas. Além disso tem serviço de urgência e faz curativos de enfermagem. Preços: Consulta externa,40€(se não tivermos seguro de saúde e usarmos plano de saúde wells fica por 31€ e ainda mais uns 5€ em cartão, tem sido assim que tenho poupado um dinheiro em consultas), urgência 20€, curativos de enfermagem por volta dos 5€(situações básicas). Simpatia dos funcionários e acima de tudo vontade de resolver os problemas por parte dos mesmo. Só não dou 5 estrelas dado que falta estacionamento em horas de ponta, e o espaço do hospital já começa a ser pequeno para a sua afluência. Local ideal para cuidados de saude básicos, a preços excelentes e serve perfeitamente para coisas de menor importância. Para outros serviços mais complicados, para isso existem hospitais centrais e hospitais privados. Aconselho a quem necessitar. Na receção fomos bem atendidos, pagamos 25€ e para nosso espanto o Sr Profissional de Saúde que atendeu simplesmente estava com mt medo do covid, analisando de longe, não deixando deitar lingua de fora não FEZ NADA..... se teria duvidas do covid, media febre, mandava fazer teste, etc....., de lamentar....... To regret ...... On 10/23/2020 after dinner (roasted sardines) I took my wife to the hospital with a pimple stuck in her throat. At the reception we were well taken care of, we paid 25 € and to our amazement the Health Professional who answered was simply very afraid of the covid, analyzing from afar, not letting the tongue out, DID NOTHING ..... if you would have doubts about covid, medium fever, had a test done, etc ....., to regret .......

Bei der Anmeldung war die Dame mehr daran interessiert ihre Konversation mit den Kolleginnen fortzusetzen als sich mit uns zu beschäftigen. Daher war dieses sehr kompliziert und Sie musste mehrfach alles Nachfragen und war nicht in der Lage die Daten korrekt auf zu nehmen. Man muss dazu erwähnen das wir in Deutschland wohnen aber Portugiesisch sprechen!!! Anschließend mussten wir 25,00 Euro zahlen und haben nur kurz auf den Arzt warten müssen. Er erfragte im Behandlungsraum den Grund unseres kommens. Unser Kind hatte einen Hautausschlag im Brust und Rückenbereich. Wir waren von einer Allergie ausgegangen, allerdings gepaart mit Fieber. Kurzum sagte er uns er wäre kein Kinderarzt und könne uns nicht helfen, wir müssten nach Penafiel ins Krankenhaus. Das wars!!!! Eine absolute Frechheit einen so ab zu kassieren!!!! Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt!!! Ich würde dieses Krankenhaus grundsätzlich nicht weiter empfehlen. Lahmarschig und Inkompetent!!! Unfassbar Spart euch den Weg!!! Wir waren dann bei einem Ortsansässigen Allgemein Mediziner. Perfekt, innerhalb weniger Minuten wussten wir was unser Kind hat, die dafür benötigten Medikamente haben wir in derApotheke besorgt, damit war es erledigt. Unserem Kind ging es schnell besser. Gott sei Dank!!! Incredibly incompetent for a private hospital! When registering, the lady was more interested in continuing her conversation with her colleagues than dealing with us. Therefore this was very complicated and she had to ask for everything several times and was not able to record the data correctly. You have to mention that we live in Germany but speak Portuguese! Then we had to pay 25.00 euros and only had to wait a short time for the doctor. In the treatment room he asked why we were there. Our child had a rash on his chest and back. We assumed an allergy, but combined with a fever. In short, he told us he was not a pediatrician and could not help us, we had to go to the hospital in Penafiel. That's it !!!! An absolute cheek to collect you like that !! I've never seen anything like that before! I would generally not recommend this hospital to others. Lame and incompetent! Incomprehensible Save yourself the way! We were then with a local general practitioner. Perfect, within a few minutes we knew what our child had, we got the necessary medication from the pharmacy and that was it. Our child got better quickly. Thank God!!!

Com marcação de ecografia para as 11:10 am (com 2 pessoas antes de mim) foi nos dito que o técnico/médico (Jorge) ainda não tinha chegado e para aguardar, às 12:20 pm após telefonema da receção com o mesmo, foi nos dito que só chegaria por volta das 13h (sem certeza) e se queriamos aguardar. Enfim. It is not common but I cannot help expressing my discontent at the lack of consideration and the waiting time lost. With an ultrasound appointment at 11:10 am (with 2 people before me) we were told that the technician / doctor (Jorge) had not yet arrived and to wait, at 12:20 pm after calling the reception with him, we were told it would only arrive around 1pm (not sure) and if we wanted to wait.
