Um sapato de camurça tinha um costura toda torta, o que estava para colar continuava e com a camurça cheia de cola vinda da costura. Os ténis ficaram cheios de cola e estragaram o tecido. Reclamei e só ficou melhor à terceira ida à loja. Há 3 meses que estou à espera de um contacto de alguém responsável. Continuo sem levantar os sapatos porque me recuso a ficar com eles naquele estado. Estragaram 2 pares de sapatos e cobraram 37.50€ por um serviço vergonhoso
I left 2 pairs of shoes. One to glue another to glue and sew. I was shocked when I went to lift them. A suede shoe had a sewing every pie, which was to paste and continued with a full suede coming glue seam. The sneakers were full of glue and ruined the fabric. I complained and only got better on my third trip to the store. I have been waiting for 3 months for a contact from someone in charge. I still don't lift my shoes because I refuse to stay with them in that state. They spoiled 2 pairs of shoes and charged 37.50 € for a shameful service
