Na porta da loja, antes que conseguissemos entrar , uma senhora que parecia a gerente nos recebeu. Minha amiga mostrou o modelo de óculos q gostou por uma foto, a gerente disse que não tinha aquele modelo disponível e que seria melhor ir a uma ótica procurar por ele. Minha amiga estava disposta a comprar outro modelo que também gostasse mas após a recepção que teve, perdeu a vontade de olhar qualquer artigo da loja. Eu me pergunto? Como uma loja deste nível é capaz de um atendimento tao ruim e constrangedor? Acredito que a miu miu não esteja precisando de vendas e de multiplicar seus clientes. Uma pena, não recomendo está loja e está marca mais. I went to the Av Liberdade store today with a friend who was interested in a brand sunglasses. At the store door, before we could get in, a lady who looked like the manager received us. My friend showed the model of glasses she liked for a photo, the manager said that she did not have that model available and that it would be better to go to an optics look for him. My friend was willing to buy another model that she also liked but after the reception she had, she lost the desire to look at any article in the store. I wonder? How can a store of this level be capable of such a bad and embarrassing service? I believe miu miu is not in need of sales and multiplying its clients. A shame, I do not recommend this shop and it's brand more.
