★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creio ter sido atendida pela chefe de loja. Estava muito mais preocupada em se superiorizar às restantes colaboradoras e a mim (cliente) do que a fazer um atendimento minimamente decente. Tratou-me com alguma hostilidade. No fim da compra com o saco em cima do balcão começou a falar com uma colaboradora, eu continuei aguardar porque por segundos não percebi se já tinha finalizado e perguntei " está tudo?" Ao qual me responde com ar de frete : "sim! Obrigada" mas um obrigada cuspido a ferros. Quase pedi desculpa por estar a incomodar!
Não custa nada fazer um trabalho com brio.
I believe I was attended by the store manager. I was much more concerned with outperforming the other employees and me (client) than with providing a minimally decent service. He treated me with some hostility. At the end of the purchase with the bag on the counter he started talking to a collaborator, I continued to wait because for seconds I didn't realize if I had finished and I asked "is everything ok?" To which he replies with a hint of air: "Yes! Thank you" but a thank you spit on irons. I almost apologized for being annoying!
It costs nothing to do a job with pride.
