★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De pouco adianta comprar malas da Samsonite comercializadas pela Modarte quando a qualidade é inexistente e ao fim de uma única viagem de que resultaram danos visíveis alegam "sinais de desgaste provocados pelo uso ou por terceiros". Quando estão a vender é tudo uma maravilha e tem uma garantia de 2 anos e "blá blá". Afinal não é bem assim e comercializam uma marca que se já foi boa agora, pelos vistos, de pouco vale e ninguém assume essa fraca qualidade. Até os sacos de €0,50 dos supermercados têm melhor qualidade e resistência. Portanto, um conselho de quem se considera enganado: fiquem longe desta marca e desta casa.
It is of little use to buy Samsonite bags marketed by Modarte when quality is non-existent and after a single trip resulting in visible damage, they claim "signs of wear and tear caused by use or by third parties". When they are selling it is all wonderful and has a 2 year warranty and "blah blah". After all, it is not quite like that and they sell a brand that was already good now, apparently, of little value and no one assumes this poor quality. Even the € 0.50 bags from supermarkets have better quality and resistance. So, a piece of advice from those who consider themselves cheated: stay away from this brand and this house.
