★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite expensive (72€ for a double room) and feels a bit neglected (spiderwebs etc.). Warm water was fuzzy. There is no real alternative for hikers so it's okay but I wouldn't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy place to stay. It is located on Rota Vicentina so very convenient for hikers as well as other looking for relaxing few days in a swimming pool. Hearty food is also available for a dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable house's in middle of beautiful alentejo landscape. Own terrace , nice kitchen ( without watercooker) , cozy fire place room with wine ,beer , tee and coffee. A lot of fruit trees , that you can self harvest and hot water in shower. Tasty breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience! We booked spontaneously from our road trip 3 hrs before arriving. The place is very remote and quiet, embedded in beautiful nature. We were welcome by our host Maria who does only speak Portuguese, but it made the experience even more authentic and unique. She was super friendly and showed us around, offered us dinner at a very decent price (all with hands/gestures and few words). We went pretty much off peak season and were amongst only few guests overall, she had a nice Portuguese 3 course dinner made just for us 2. The apartments are a bit old but have everything you need, private terrace, goats in the garden, beautiful pool, fruit trees and a "fruit guide booklet" with tips what to pick yourself and when. The sunset was incredible and the atmosphere overall was just great. Would definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at the begining assigned probably the worst darkest small room with super small window like prison, two single beds only covered all room space with +110euros per night. I can not believe that !!! after complain, they changed us to a better room in upper location with bigger space.the chef cooking is good, that is only thing i could give two stars . Morning coffee is instant coffee !!! In this kind of holiday villa, the service is completely poor. We also stayed at another b&b recommended by vicentina hiking site, the owner even offered us lunch snack and let us take during hike , how big difference it is! I will certainly not recommend to any of vicentina hikers . This b&b have the worst service during our rota vicentina hike ! And the most expensive one , they have beautiful garden but your experience will be completely depended on which room you assigned for.
