★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa com preços altíssimos para o que ronda no mercado, atendimento a deixar muito a desejar, tem que se chegar a saber o que se quer, porque apesar de estar com o balcão as moscas, dizem não ter tempo para procurarem uma mola idêntica ( nem tinha que ser exatamente igual e eu referi essa situação ).
O que não sabiam era que não era só uma mola, era um contrato de molas para uma produção anual e Stock.
Só tenho a agradecer pelo facto de me terem dado oportunidade de pesquisar o mercado e arranjar o mesmo produto por pouco menos de metade do valor e já com Iva. Muito obrigado.

foi consigo que estive ao balcão no dia da referida situação, no dia anterior estive aí mas atendido por um colaborador seu, e sei os preços porque no dia em que fui atendido pelo seu colaborador comprei 3 molas diferentes para teste, se o Sr recorda, no dia seguinte que fui aí e falei consigo pedi para ver se era possível trocar 2 das molas que nem tinham sido usadas por 2 mais pequenas ( com a dimensão da 3 mola que eu cortei para ter a medida para referência), referi até que poderia ser com uma força semelhante, não teria que ser de força igual, apenas tinha que respeitar a medida de comprimento.
Irei sempre desaconselhar a vossa casa.

What they didn't know was that it wasn't just a spring, it was a spring contract for an annual production and Stock.

it was with you that I was at the counter on the day of the referred situation, the day before I was there but attended by one of your employees, and I know the prices because on the day that I was attended by your employee I bought 3 different springs for testing, if you remember, the next day i went there and talked to you i asked to see if it was possible to change 2 of the springs that had not even been used for 2 smaller ones (with the size of the 3 spring that i cut to have the measurement for reference), i even mentioned that i could to be of similar strength, it would not have to be of equal strength, it just had to respect the length measurement.
I will always advise against your house.
