Evasive and meaningless responses. When you do not have availability you have to communicate it to the customer, not just shut up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência muito má, depois da limpeza feita verifiquei que partiram a pedra do balcão da cozinha, como a empresa não tinha seguro para as funcionárias, o gerente da Molly Maid cascais assumiu o dano e participou em nome dele o sinistro, o seguro apercebeu-se da situação e considerou como fraude, não pagando a respetiva pedra. O gerente da empresa ficou de pagar o valor mensalmente até perfazer o valor, mas até à data pagou apenas 100 euros!!!!! Aconselho a quem recrutar esta empresa que verifique se as funcionárias têm seguro , o melhor será ,mesmo, recorrer a outra empresa!!!!
Very bad experience, after the cleaning was done I noticed that the stone on the kitchen counter broke, as the company did not have insurance for the employees, the manager of Molly Maid cascais took over the damage and the accident took place on his behalf, the insurance realized situation and considered it a fraud, not paying the respective stone. The manager of the company was to pay the amount monthly until the amount was made, but to date he has only paid 100 euros !!!!! I advise anyone who recruits this company to check if the employees have insurance, the best thing is to go to another company !!!!
